Yes, and in fact we encourage it. Bringing your team is one of the best investments you can make. You'll spend far more than the ticket price trying to transfer everything you learn back to your team on your own, so bringing them along means the knowledge lands directly. It's also a great way to invest in your people and strengthen those relationships.

Yes. Please note that any family member attending Bolt Summit sessions must have a paid ticket. If your family is joining you on the trip but not attending the Summit itself, simply coordinate your hotel room accordingly.

Yes, we recommend it. Talking Stick is more affordable than most other Scottsdale hotels, and staying on-site gives you a fully integrated experience with access to all the resort's amenities. We suggest booking through Expedia or a similar platform, since that way you typically won't have to prepay, and you can change or cancel your reservation leading up to the event.

As of June 2026, there is plenty of availability. Keep in mind that November is peak season in Scottsdale and the resort will sell out. We recommend securing your Bolt Summit ticket right away, then booking your stay at Talking Stick as soon as possible.

No. You'll book your own room at Talking Stick Resort, or arrange accommodations elsewhere if you prefer.

We'll provide a catered lunch at Talking Stick on both days of the event.

Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to someone else up until October 19th. To transfer a ticket, email support@boltaccelerator.com.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is the closest airport, about a 15 to 20 minute drive from Scottsdale and Talking Stick Resort.

The event runs 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on both November 19th and 20th. We recommend flying in on Wednesday (Nov 18) and flying out on Saturday (Nov 21), unless you plan to extend your stay.

Scottsdale has beautiful weather in November, and it's well worth extending your trip. Talking Stick Resort's amenities include a spa, multiple restaurants, a casino, pools, a golf course, and Topgolf, with fantastic hiking nearby and plenty more to explore. If you'd like to stay longer, just coordinate your hotel booking accordingly.
